The Governors Island Geocaching & Archaeological Society (GIGAS) is pleased to announce that our walking tour Paper Trail is open to the public!

Paper Trail is a free self-guided walking tour of Governors Island’s most bizarre buried finds. During this short walk, participants will get a chance to look at some fascinating documents and materials that have been discovered on the island while visiting the sites where they were dug up.

The Paper Trail walking tour will take an estimated 20-30 minutes from beginning to end.
